The Resistance Fitness Center is a Multi-Purpose training facility built to meet the needs of any person wanting to learn Martial Arts in a safe; inclusive environment. From professionals to first-timers we are a gym that will help you achieve your goals with an array of different classes and options for training. Whether it's weight loss, Self-Defense, High Intensity Interval Training, or you are interested in fighting somewhere down the road we will help you get there. Feel free to come by anytime and take a Martial Arts class and/or a Strike Fit Class for Free!

  • Monthly Membership: $99 1-Time Enrollment (includes Open Gym Access, Weightlifting Area, Cardio Equipment, Access to Intro To Sparring, Personal Training Options, Lockers, Showers, 3 Months Prepaid 5% Off, 6 Months Prepaid 15% Off, 1 Year Prepaid 25% Off, Additional Family Members 10% Off). Day Pass: $30/Day (access to most classes; EXCLUDES Intro To Sparring). Adults Recurring Membership: $210/Month (Ages 13+, month-to-month, full access to all classes + open gym; saves $35/month vs $225). Kids Recurring Membership: $150/Month (Ages 6-12, month-to-month, access to kids classes; saves $25/month vs $175).
